Hi, Just wondered if the report that teachers fill out to send home would be included with the clip charts? I need that part too and wasn't sure. Sorry if you have already answered this somewhere! Thanks!

I did create student behavior sheet but they are sold speparetly. Some teachers needed them and others don't. I do have a sample of one in one of my earler posts.
Hi Sandy! I just wanted to tell you how WONDERFUL your themed packets are (as I'm sure you already know)! My husband is deploying to Afghanistan in the fall, so I've decided to do a Patriotic/Americana theme in my classroom this year. I'm going to download a handful of your patriotic themed resources to use in my class! :)
I'm also in the process of starting the clip chart behavior program with my students. I know you've got a lot on your plate right now, but would it be possible for you to add the Patriotic Theme to the clip charts you're creating?
